Using immersive and impactful activities from walking over hot coals to completing an orienteering mission in the West Sussex countryside, from role playing the conquering of Everest to blind fold 4x4 driving, we create programmes that address a variety of business issues, challenges and goals. These include team cohesion, change management, employee adaptivity, motivation and morale, communication and collaboration, mindset and behaviour, productivity and efficiency, staff turnover, employee engagement, leadership and management skills, talent development, and strategic knowledge and tools. As sales and marketing director for the business, I am responsible for developing the Chilgrove L&D brand, sales and business development activities, and marketing strategy, plan and activities as well as managing the overall sales & marketing budget. Part of my role is to work with the MD developing the overall business vision and strategy as well as creating strategic partnerships with relevant and appropriate trainers, programme providers and facilitators. I manage a team of sales, business development, marketing and creative professionals to deliver on the set objectives of the business.
