- Leading employer branding initiatives to ensure that BASE Technologies is positioned as an attractive employer in the SI and EPC markets
- Executing end-to-end performance management process, including annual objective settings, interim performance reviews, annual performance appraisal and performance rewards disbursement
- Assisting departments to extract training needs
- Conducting soft-skills and value-based training and development programs
- Conducting new employees’ orientation programs
- Conducting Code of Conduct awareness sessions - Monitoring and updating HR policies and guidelines - Overseeing and assisting in delivering day to day HR operations, including monitoring attendance and leaves - Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, to keep the employee morale high
- Administering Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Preparing and delivering internal communications
- Overseeing workplace operations (administration), including fleet management and travel & protocol
- Overseeing activities related to international deputation, including business visa and employment pass
