Im 41, abd I have been working with people all of my entire job career. Started training servers at Chilis Restaurant, then I moved to Teleperformance, where I had the opportunity to work as a supervisor and assistant of thw Floor Manager, helping every supervisor to rwach the goals, I would like to recall this part of my working life, why? We all learned to have a perfect Teamwork, I helped to all of the supervisors to become Goal Oriented Teams, and the best, I helped to find the perfect action plan for the targeted people who where in the "red zone" and take them out of there. Yes, for sure I can tell my most powerful achievement is that I can find the solution, implement that solution and make it wearable to every teammate Who needs to improve and get to the top. As of today, a fee months ago, we closed our operations with Toast, people above in the office decided to end the contract with Sutherland, so I would like to keep on the same path, it is really satisfying to reach goals as a team, feels really good to know that I can be the best based on practice, patience and discipline
