Tasked with troubleshooting, evaluating client expectations of internal processes, collaborating with key stakeholders and driving client engagement. * Ensures SLA compliance; ideate operational solutions to improve efficiencies; define and share account best practices with a focus on continuous improvement. * Works with training specialists to create curriculum and mentor operational teams to improve industry knowledge, skill-set, and expertise in corporate processes and procedures. * Proactively supports the implementation team in client onboarding, KPI tracking, and ensuring a streamlined workflow.
* Oversees global implementations, trainings and adoption of event management software for all global regions.
* Works directly with client's teams (legal, procurement, sales, operations, etc.) alongside third party team(s) to create processes for combining client's software/technologies with event management software (Cvent, Lanyon, Meeting Box, etc.) ensuring streamlined workflow.
* Direct contact for all regions (NORAM, APAC, EMEA, LATAM) to troubleshoot, analyze, train, tweak processes for updates, efficiencies, added software, etc.
* Specialize in SMM and pharmaceutical industry.
