Through user research and a close interaction with work colleagues from Development, Business, Product, Commercial and Marketing, I continuously search for knowledge and improvement ideas to turn a rather intricate product into an intuitive and easy experience. I'm currently developing a Design culture in the company, through a user-centered framework that stimulates everyone in the team to bring innovative ideas to product construction and improvement. Internal workshops, double diamond, user journeys, stories, Agile... whatever makes sense to make product decisions truly based on actual user problems and needs that will guide us in the user's direction.

Within the digital marketing strategy, I redesigned the application form for the selection process of some universities in the Yduqs education conglomerate. During the project, I became the Product Owner and had an intense interaction with the client squads, as well as with the Zmes development, media, content and strategy team. As a result, we obtained a significant increase in the enrollment conversion rate and applied the new form to 11 universities.
