I am volunteering my time with them as-needed to work 1-on-1 with their Fellows in resume preparation, mock interviews, networking assistance, or just general brainstorming. It is work I am passionate about, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of it. And although I am now retired and living overseas, I plan to continue my involvement with THF, and will be available to help out whenever I am needed.

I began there as a contractor, and was eventually offered a regular full-time position, which I held for over 3-1/2 years. I was responsible for all recruiting efforts in the US for both technical and non-technical positions, and for all levels of seniority from high school summer interns to Vice Presidents. I was also called upon to recruit for certain key positions in our EMEA and Asia-Pacific operations. In addition, I was the co-lead for the world-wide implementation of DDI's Targeted Selection behavioral interviewing methodology. This effort included traveling to Europe to train and support our EMEA HR team in Targeted Selection, and to QAD's office in Bangkok, Thailand where I trained the entire senior management team in this approach.
