Responsible for maintaining, and building new tools in Outsystems to ensure a frictionless employee experience through employee lifecycle and reducing manual work from the back office teams through automation/user time saved. Responsible for all HR products related to employee journey (Onboarding app; Outperform ; Office Space App; Vacation app; Role Management App, etc).
Product Vision and Roadmap management. Key Achievements:
▪ Design/development of new tools with an average employee satisfaction 4.5 out of 5: . Outperform (Performance Management): redefinition of the assessment processes. Flexible B.O to ensure more flexibility as per business needs. Google analytics in place to track user’s adoption. . OS App (Office Management/ booking of desks, meetings): to fulfill the need for monitoring office occupancy and ensure health measures during Covid. From the design to its implementation this app was a success which translated into having several outsystems’ clients interested and using it. Latest significant improvement:login with FaceID translated into user time saved of 90%. ▪ Helped People Team achieve 50% - 70% improvements in Onboarding, Employee Performance management, employees engagement by redesigning employee experiences journeys and increased operational efficiency with automation: -80% optimization/user time saved such as the Internal Moves processes. ▪ Increased operational efficiency for Digital Success Team: -50% optimization by implementing an automation for access provisioning. ▪ Intranet revamp with B.O to ensure Marketing Team 90% independence in making the necessary customizations. ▪ Preparation for Upcoming HRIS project: business analysis/process improvements/Architecture analysis ▪ Coaching and Mentoring colleagues across different departments.
