(Crunchbase.com) As a Business Development Representative on the Direct Team at HubSpot, I was able to grow and develop not only as a sales person, but as a business woman. Speaking to a wide variety of companies/industries and connecting with high level executives on a daily basis helped me to better understand how businesses work and how to effectively communicate and apply cross functional management internally at HubSpot. Some of my responsibilities included,:
•Generating sales-qualified leads by identifying targeted characteristics of an ideal HubSpot customer • Working collaboratively with an assigned Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
•Effectively communicating with and managing primary customer relationships with VP and C-Level Executives to build an inbound marketing strategy
• Conducting calls with both inbound and cold sourced prospects to help determine if there is a need, giving appropriate advice and scheduling online product demonstrations for an assigned Sales Representative Finished trailing 6 months at 127% of goal and contributed $23,416 in monthly recurring revenue
