A restaurant where you don't order, rather you experience 5 courses plus taste 3 wines where the food comes directly from local farms. The server is a storyteller who elaborates on the farms and farmers we sourced from and the history of the wine varietal. We created this 'Farm-to-Table' restaurant in 2012 with the idea of focusing ingredients on local farms and wine education. We were profitable immediately operating on a reservation only 2-3 week waiting list. We sold the restaurant in November 2014. FLOW - For Love of Wine Imagine if buying wine was like shopping for jewelry at Tiffany's. We selected one of the largest Malls in New England and created a business that was profitable after only a few months growing to 1M ARR. We revolutionized the approach by organizing wines in a retail environment (ex.in order from lightly sweet to very sweet).
