OS 360 COBOL, Expediter, IMS Connect,; Analyzed, designed, developed, tested and implemented an e-commerce application using Java, J2EE, JSP's, Servlets, and Weblogic to allow corporate customers external access to track orders, network equipment, and account status, also to allow service centers and field technicians to order and provision network elements, equipment, and lines. Application Project Lead utilizing PMA standards to plan, organize, track and maintain project scope. Analyzed, designed, developed, tested and implemented an e-commerce application with a Java front-end and Smalltalk back-end utilizing MQ Series and IMS Connect. This application was an FCC mandated and monitored system to allow Competitive Local Exchange Carriers access to the customer database, as well as order network elements, high-speed data, key systems, and other telephony equipment. Smalltalk and Java Primary Production support on an FCC mandated and monitored application with a required uptime of 98.75%, subject to large fines for downtime and slow response. Worked with Netron Fusion code generation software to develop and maintain online programs for the CASS system. Developed, maintained, and tested COBOL programs on the mainframe utilizing Xpediter, SPUFI, JCL, and other tools. Migrated all documentation from shared drives to Livelink document repository for workgroup and became primary Livelink user administrator.
