• Ensure that students meet the required quality and satisfaction metrics for the assigned service account.
• Deliver and plan 1:1 training and coaching for students during class and nesting sessions; coaching and development extends into operations as the students join their new team.
• Responsible for attendance, timecards, and performance tracking.
• Deliver up-skill training or refresher sessions for experienced associates.
• Monitor, coach, and provide specific feedback to meet performance requirements, including skill transfers, setting of expectations, and scheduling of follow-ups to ensure goal consistency.
• Maintain excellent working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
