Jan. 2020 - Dec. 2021London, United KingdomIn my role as an Associate Manager for Key Commercial Partnerships I am responsible for helping with commercial activities, building and maintaining business relationships with distribution partners across the Flight product. My responsibilities include: • Building, negotiating, and maintaining professional relationships with distribution partners on Flight product, optimizing relationships in terms of revenue generation and to benefit KAYAK’s product and users
• Data analytics (getting data from dashboards and reports and interpreting results) to monitor partners’ performance and be proactive in investigating and addressing changes or issues
• Supporting Team Managers with strategic partnerships and or projects and assisting in reporting, tracking, billing, day-to-day operations, optimization, cross-team coordination
• Developing positive relationships both with external (distribution partners) and internal partners (KAYAK commercial, engineering, product, finance, campaign management and media solutions teams
• Optimizing, documenting and improving processes / tools and developing best practices
• Maintaining industry knowledge to help formulate and execute business strategies to improve our multidisciplinary business. This includes technically, commercially and across product / marketing
