May. 2020 - Jan. 2023GlobalAs the Sales Enablement Leader at 8x8, I was responsible for designing and managing the company's global revenue enablement program. Initially hired as an AE and Channel Manager, my early success in those roles led me to be asked to create a sales enablement program for both internal and partner sellers. I started with a team of one responsible for onboarding and eventually grew the team to 16 people, overseeing all aspects of Global Revenue Enablement, including onboarding, coaching, and measurement.
To achieve success, I collaborated closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Services leaders to ensure a seamless process. Some of my key achievements include:
● C-Level Program Manager: As the CEO-nominated lead individual responsible for multiple company goal and initiative programs, I demonstrated strong leadership skills.
● Metrics and Measurement: I set and met sales metric goals for new and updated products and tool rollouts with CRM and LMS integration.
● Under-Pressure Solution Delivery: I worked with Marketing and Engineering to create new Sales Playbooks for product rebrands and re-bundles under tight deadlines.
● Voice of the Seller: I was nominated by sales leaders to represent the needs of the sellers for product introductions through all aspects from feasibility to sales content.
● Sales Methodology: I created an original methodology and framework and certified the entire company within 4 months.
● Compassionate Motivational Leader: I built a diverse team of 4 direct and 12 indirect reports and encouraged a culture of listening and collaboration.
● SKO Award: My team was recognized as the Best Sales Support Team in 2019 and 2021 My strong leadership and sales enablement expertise helped to drive revenue growth for 8x8, and I'm excited to bring my skills to my next challenge.
