Having expert knowledge across Microsoft’s extensive product stack and agreement types, as well as how those products are licensed. This includes Online services and On-Premise IT: o M365/O365, Windows 10, Windows Server/ SQL Server, SharePoint/ Exchange Online, Teams, Visual Studios & MSDN, Power Platform.
- Working with Mid-Market companies, where users range from 500-2,399.
- Meeting (Virtually) C-level customers, advising them on their products and licensing to enable maximisation of their infrastructure.
- Scoping out new customer’s current infrastructure, building out a bill of materials (BOM) and then building an agreement based on the customer BOM.
- Winning new business from competitors from a consultative approach.
- Listening to the customer’s needs, and then upselling licenses based on the customers’ requirements.
- Deliver webinars & presentations to Softcat’s customer on Microsoft product updates.
- Managing existing customer was well as being the aligned specialist to 22 of my own customers
- Answer queries for customers in our Mid-Market team inbox.
- Delivering bi-weekly team meetings.
