Reachdesk is a corporate gifting and direct mail provider in the MarTech space. When I joined, Reachdesk was going through a hyper growth stage after receiving Series B funding. I joined Reachdesk at a Business Development Representative booking appointments for my AE through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn and gifting. I quickly got promoted to a Snr SDR position within 5 months, the quickest person in the company to ever do so. 7 months after that I was promoted into a Team Lead position where I led a team of 5 whilst still having the same target.
I made company history by hitting for 11 months in a row, and hitting 21/25 monthly targets. I am a very strong cold caller (booking 60% of my meetings over the phone) as well as a huge passion for training SDRs to hit quote through out of the box and creative prospecting approaches.More...
