Partners include Panasonic Japan, KKA Ashisuto in Japan and SK C&C in Korea. • Designed and implemented a customer success function resulting in NPS score of 70 Q over Q and mid 6 figure upsell deals in key accounts. • Designed and delivered quarterly webinars to prospective audiences including customer interviews and third party sponsored events generating on average 120 leads per event
