On top of operations, I was also in charge of various PROJECTS : migration to cloud-based email and file-sharing system, choice of CRM tool as well as various research such as on program rights management systems, digitization of catalogue, online video library, tax laws, mergers and acquisitions, competitive analysis, business plan... I handled relationships with content partners and major suppliers and other partners. I played a major part in the acquisition of our main competitor's assets. Last but not least, I had a permanent advising role to the president, in all aspects of the business.
