As Sr. Vice President of Sales I managed a team of 9-people including 5-Business Development Directors focused on the Mid-Market sector and 4-Business Development Managers responsible for new logo lead generation. As a key member of the executive team, I collaborated with the CGO to establish vision, planning & prioritization for the new logo sales organization and execute this vision and strategy across the Enterprise Sales organization to support sales objectives and exceed annual revenue targets. As a player/coach, I had ARR oversite for over $50M in revenue and held a personal revenue target as well. As part of the Executive leadership team, I worked on new logo growth strategies for Mid-Market , coordinated the organizations annual sales kick-off, participated in Board and company strategy sessions, developed annual budgets and account plans, spoke at sales conferences and worked collaboratively with the marketing team on increasing MQL to SAL conversion percentages and overall close rates.
