• Project manager for a team that redesigns and streamlines the process of accessing several thousand documents. Taking the process from several minutes to under 30 seconds.
• Manage the onboarding for new hires, averaging 40 associates per class (two classes a month).
o Orientation was reduced from three days to two.
o Automated the manual process for producing documentation.
• Meets with management to assess their needs and expectations. Delivers catered solutions to executive leadership.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers, creating new documents and updating existing documents.
• Introduced the concepts of eLearning and experiential learning to executive leadership and put those methodologies into practice. Creates courses in Captivate and Camtasia.
• Oversaw the development of a Schoolhouse Rock-type video that was incorporated into new hire training.
o Developed the concept, wrote the script, assisted with casting and co-directed the video.
• Integral role in reviewing, creating and updating process documentation and standard operating procedures.
