Providing solution for issues on many different networks and protocols. At At&t's CMC Network Center, similar to a NOC, I had the experience of working on resolving issues on circuits all around the Globe by the process Following the Sun. The At&t's network is composed of a great range of technologies and processes. As part of my duties I analysed and performed troubleshooting of the transmission issues, isolating and identifying the best solution by working with almost all the Local Exchange Carriers and Last Mile Providers in several countries where an At&t circuit was available. It was among my duties, testing the circuits along with Local Providers, working as Incident Analyst and also having the Local Providers escalated periodically. The technologies and protocols I had worked on were Ethernet, Frame Relay, EVPN, ATM and BGP some Voice services, too. I performed analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to Service Providing and Carrier issues on the most variable Circuits, ranging from Transport, Backbone to Last Mile physically and/or logically.
