• Worked on several major projects for security including 911 and secure wireless systems for nuclear power plants, and several major wireless carriers.
• Designed and implemented disaster recovery plans for three top tower companies nationwide.
• Designed and implemented a web-driven database to handle customer operations, asset tracking, required FCC/EIA reporting, and work orders. This database, which is copyright pending, also tracks year-to-date spending to better structure budget requirements.
• Increased sales from $160,000 during the first year to $2,000,000 at sale.
• Designed and implemented a software program to follow-up, survey, and improve performance for existing customers.
