Plan and lead special projects involving performance management reform, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination with the Human Capital Branch. Draft Command guidance for performance awards, manage implementation of the Performance Award Review Tool (PART), and develop training on MyPerformance, performance elements, and related systems. Represent CNIC at DON and DOD-level conferences, briefings, and collaborative working groups to support enterprise labor relations strategy and alignment.
