- Developed and owned the Talent Strategy for the Group’s 1st ‘Social Selling’
model that resulted in operations in 12 countries in 2018. Focus: recruitment for
the new biz model, capabilities, talent brand, and reward
- Partnered in the Global Operating model review for efficiencies and effectiveness whilst delivering a fully functional and sustainable unit
