- define roles;
- produce & orchestrate schedules, timelines for the whole scope and particular project deliverables in accordance with the customer/agency workflows & resources allocated;
• Cross-functional teams management and leadership (Strategy, PR, SMM, Design, Content, SEO, PPC)
• Support project strategy execution • Evaluate, report project successes, including major-to-minor metrics analysis
• Develop, package and present project strategies, deliverables, milestones, reports; • Build and manage strategic relationships (client, stakeholders, team, third-parties);
• Continuous internal/external communication (kickoff/status meetings, calls, conferences, briefings, Q&As)
• Clearing roadblocks, mitigating risks
• Transform customer insights into applicable marketing solutions, updating project documents and dedicated teams (10+ people) involved cross-functionally to implement necessary changes throughout the process
• Respond to changes efficiently and fast to meet client expectations
• Constantly seek opportunities for personal growth and to increase customer satisfaction and develop client relationships
