The shared workspace is powered by a dynamic set of activities and programs (NEX Labs) designed to engage a broad spectrum of entrepreneurs and thinkers. Developed an Enterprise Ecosystem Map of Atlanta for startups and small businesses. Built and maintain an Office Hours Program with 40+ mentors in legal, finance, media, and coaching. First SE location to offer the Kauffman Icehouse Entrepreneurship program. Manage and direct team advisement to 2 social enterprise startups at all times. Responsible for overall business strategy, cash flow management, program development, partnerships, and advisement of membership on business development issues. Ran Habitat For Humanity International social enterprise incubator with Global SIG cohort of 10 countries. In parallel, co-founded an educational 501c3 that uses design thinking tools within a methodology of critique and inquiry to create highly interactive learning environments. Programs included Expert In Residence & Serial Entrepreneurs Mentors with match-making questionnaire, Sales Classes based on Improvisation and acting techniques, charette-based business plan workshops & design review critiques with serial entrepreneurs. An additional emphasis is placed on developing and utilizing local talent to encourage long-term economic development benefits. Programs are non-sector and generally applicable to all stages of a business where growth is desired.
