project team in the design, development and configuration of a $100 million Oracle based platform
across eight divisions.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Achieved a 40% savings in cycle time by integrating technology platform across finance, order
management, and warehousing divisions. • Developed cost analysis and ROI to communicate benefit dimensions of proposed projects used
at executive levels for funding and scope decisions.
• Authored workflow diagrams and activity guides, detailing the IT methodology, engagements,
standards, key initiatives, measures, and status reporting.
• Utilized Six Sigma Methodologies to eliminate duplication between projects, achieve increased
efficiency in project planning, resources, and budget forecasting of newly developed processes.
• Documented functional requirements, workflow, information sources and distribution paths, and
system specifications, testing, and product acceptance.
• Led kick-off meetings with all developers and project stakeholders. Defined and presented the
project, team members' roles, key deliverables, and communication processes.
• Performed project feasibility and due diligence analysis, managed conceptual, logical, and
physical architecture designs phases of project maturity.
