Ramp Network Head of People
Jan. 2022 - May. 2024Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland- Managing People & Culture, People Operations and Office teams during hypergrowth stage (40 people in January to 200 in October) - Designing all global processes from scratch: *People & Culture: onboarding, offboarding, performance review, employee engagement, managerial training in topics like: goal setting, 1:1s, raises and promotions etc. *People Operations: audit and change of all contracts in Poland, UK and US; managing international payroll via third party payroll provider (multiple EU employees); creation of Employee Handbook and global internal policies from scratch; created policies like: Travel Policy, Expense Policy, Learning & Development Budget Management, Benefit Policy, Time-Off Policy; arranged international benefits structure; creation of all payroll procedures for multiple markets. - Working closely with Talent, Legal and Finance Teams. - Operationalising values and turning them into real life work culture. - Creating People & Culture strategy for 6 months ahead.
