Oct. 2013 - Sep. 2022Atlanta, GAVP of Marketing and PR across the United States and Canada for Safe-Guard and its 65+ private-labeled client brands in the automotive, RV, powersports, and marine industries with a focus on driving awareness and consideration and revenue growth of branded protection products. • Designed, built and led the in-house marketing agency team of 20 professionals as well as external agency and partner relationships to support Safe-Guard’s client brands. • Grew in-house client marketing capabilities to include brand identity and design; B2B marketing strategy; B2B communications; B2C UX, content and design development (Tier 1, Tier 3, aftersales); production management; channel marketing; data-driven marketing operations. • As Safe-Guard’s private label capabilities matured, grew in-house interdepartmental capabilities to include private label support for IT applications, Retail Training applications and materials. • Led Company digital transformation efforts to further enable retail to various systems. Defined the strategy, collaborated with a cross-functional team to define requirements, developed and sold the strategic plan to the Executive team. • Internal, client, and industry thought leader for F&I digital retail, and marketing of protection products at Tier 1, Tier 3, and aftersales. Consulted with OEM and captive finance clients, consulted with strategic industry partners, quoted in the press. • Led Company corporate communications and internal communications efforts, including public relations strategy and execution; executive thought leadership strategy and content development; internal brand development and execution; internal communications development.
