In some cases, swayed the buying preference from a competitor to BlackBerry by positioning the Enterprise benefits of BlackBerry middleware, services, workflow integration, security and technical roadmaps. - Identified new business opportunities and end customers' buying vision for RIM offerings in the mobility space - and communicated those insights onto Product Management, and to work with Sales to excite the customer as to the value of the solution. - Effectively positioned (keeping in mind competitive threats) the BlackBerry solution with the customer base via multiple audience formats covering the following solutions : Cloud Computing (Office 365), Security, Enterprise Telephony Mobility (Cisco, Mitel, Avaya, Nortel), Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), Mobile Devices, Embedded Operating Systems, Unified Communications (Lync, OCS, Enterprise Instant Messaging) ,Middleware on VMware, Collaboration (Lotus Connections, Sharepoint), Tablets, Multi-Device Management (MDM), Mobile Development ,Dashboards (SAP SUP).
