Document client interactions clearly and concisely. Account Management and Documentation: Review and process client documents, including legal documentation for clients in litigation.
Upload client-provided documentation to the appropriate internal systems.
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage client communication and track progress.
Review and obtain settlement approvals from clients.
Escalate complex issues or concerns to team leaders or other departments as needed. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all communication.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
