May. 2022 - Aug. 2023United States · Remote• Spearheaded the development and implementation of an employee relations extension within an existing HR department. • Conduct, document and analyze investigations of misconduct, harassment, hostile work environment, performance issues; while providing counsel to managers on appropriate methods of performance management; participate in coaching and advising management and staff to ensure resolution of employment related matters. Research and explain laws and policies concerning employment to directors, managers, supervisors, and staff. • Identify, coordinate, and deliver training and development opportunities related to performance management, terminations, and employment transitions; create, maintain and disseminate tools and resources to support managers in managing related issues. Automate, conduct, analyze and share exit interview feedback with appropriate parties. • Coordinate with Talent Management in the 30-60-90-annual performance review process. • In collaboration with the director, COO and NEO’s legal counsel, provide information for and manage agreements related to termination and other transitions from employment; partner with the Benefits Manager to manage benefits part of separation agreements.
• Participate and engage employees in carrying out the annual DEI strategic planning and development initiatives.
