• Established future-state workflows across our content playout supply-chain for cloud-based content delivery systems to replace on-prem systems, reducing data latency from minutes to seconds
• Launched in-house replacement of a 3rd party SaaS Marketing Campaign Optimizer, executing product definition to implementation across entire enterprise within 1 year, saving $1.5 MM annual licensing fees, and consolidating management of 13 Marketing Teams to single group.
