"We give solutions to your problems" We focus on automation of plastic production using injection moulding machines but in our portfolio are much more. Design of floating fishing farms systems in Norway. Mobile systems of Crio-chambers for sports purpose installed on cars and in containers in Great Britain, but also moving elements of architecture in museums and galleries in Czech Republic as well in Poland.

Feb. 2014Tepion Was established almost 10 years ago. I started with small services as a cooperative for customers I delivered injection moulding machines. Customers often requested extra service considering relocation of machine park, service of old machines, upgrading production efficiency. Last mentioned opened new chapter in my profession path. I was inventing new solutions instead of fixing and upgrading existing ones. Lucky for me I feel very good in creating conceptions of alternative solutions. My portfolio of reliable companies in different departments of manufacturing process like cnc turning, cnc milling, cnc laser cutting and bending, welding is wide as well as my own machine park is growing depending on actual needs. This investment approach brings most valuable advantage – independence. Mistakes can happen in every company, design fault, part manufacture fault etc. but fast reaction to solving problem allows for comfort of final result.

Nov. 2010 - Dec. 2021Lower Silesian District, Wroclaw County, PolandI started to work at P&F during my education at Wrocław University of Science. Last year before graduation I had to combine work and study time. I gained some knowledge thanks to leading scientific association of processing plastics so it was much easier for me but still a lot to learn. I began my adventure at sales office extending my knowledge about machines and processes. Thanks to good interpersonal communication and ease of making contacts I gathered a group of customers but I felt it was not enough for titled engineer to base my knowledge only on books and studies. I made a decision to join a service team and it was ma major activities for next 2 years but still I took part in industry exhibitions across entire Europe and also China. After next 2 years I switched back my major activities to sales as a sales manager and kept service support as a minor activity. This allowed me to extend range of customers because whenever I was visiting a customer I could not only sell but also do some requested regulations and service during one visit allowing me to relive of work my colleagues from service crew. In the meantime my own company was growing and finally after 11 years I had to take hard decision on choosing my future part.
