Ensured clear and audited communication for all recruiting efforts, special programs, and initiatives. * Served as the primary point of contact for all client onsite activity and meetings, including market analysis, marketing, media strategy, labor planning, daily deep dive, and assumption meetings. * Conducted regular meetings with client managers to discuss performance indicators specific to their location, addressing potential trends or concerns and providing effective solutions. * Built and fostered relationships with internal business partners to ensure clear communication and direction across departments, ensuring alignment in strategy and consistency in standard operating procedures.
