Jan. 2001 - Jul. 2005Designed and lead the development of a comprehensive suite of publishing tools, which enabled large scale online publishing by traditional print publishers. This required a paradigm shift in thinking for print publishers, standardization of ad units, and a modular approach to design layouts. The platform allowed Primedia to consolidate CMS systems and websites for 600 print titles into a single cohesive publishing ecosystem, reducing operational costs by 90% and enabling the monetization of content through standardized ad units with an ability for the sales group to cross sell against any collection of titles within the portfolio.
