Nov. 2020 - Jul. 2022Working as a Lead software engineer in the Business Account product, focusing initially in leading the Onboarding teams. At the onboarding team I was focusing heavily on deliver new features and legal requirements on the onboarding process, while also improving the MVP architech initially built to onboard the companies into Nubank. We were heavily oriented by data when deciding the backlog priority. Because of this we had to design technical solutions that could be delivered in small parts, because depending on the experiment result we could change our business priorities and focus on other features for the product.
