I create, implement and oversee communications programs, internal or external, that effectively describe and promote Bread Nerds and its products. This role also involves some office admin assistance including rostering, banking, managing clients, sending invoices and statements, plus anything else that may arise in the businesses day to day operation. As the Communications Manager, I perform a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, web site management and content development, marketing budget development and cost tracking. They may aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees. This role provides supervision and direction to staff and often works in conjunction with other departments within the bakery.
