We want to define the Beauty as a Service and provide our consumer with the best experiences. Our main missions are :
- Run the Accelerator program BEAUTY TECH ATELIER @station F and help amazing beauty tech startups & innovative beauty brands to secure their beauty business and define the Beauty of the Future - Work closely with the brands and the markets to build the next generation of beauty services. Create amazing experiences for our consumers to drive impactful business results such as engagement, consumer acquisition, conversion and retention : from ideation to deployment and scaling. - Build, co-design and scale new services using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Agile, A/B Testing, Focus groups etc. - Runn successful POCs with innovative partners in order to test & learn, and deliver the best disruptive value for L’Oréal brands - Identify new tech trends that will serve as a conduit to provide meaningful experiences for L’Oréal consumers such as AI, AR/VR, conversational messaging, blockchain, voice,... - Industrialize and scale digital services such as AR services from Modiface, coordinate with brands and functional stakeholders and with existing programs to insure a challenging rythm of delivery - Build a sustainable delivery model, implement the support mechanism and maintenance for ongoing roll-out - Manage directly a team of 8 senior & junior Product Managers #Startups #OpenInnovation #scouting #Beautyinnovation #ProjetManagement #ProductDevelopement #BusinessStrategy #ChangeManagement #AccelerationProgam #ServiceFactory
