This was also prevalent within my marketing plans, presenting to co-workers, CEOs and clients boards. I found my voice at Idium and discovered the importance to talk openly about personal feelings to build and reinforce our culture in the team. Our team climbing activity really challenged my fear of heights and helped to cement our dynamics as a cohesive team.
