Jun. 2024Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada- Direct and oversee end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) Sample Product operations and milestones across Canada, ensuring alignment between Product Merchandising, Logistics, Supply Chain, and global counterparts in the US and Germany, while under strict, fast-paced deadlines. - Manage unreleased product, readiness and compliance across categories and markets, ensuring accuracy of articles, operational control, and timely execution that supports sell-in and sell-through cycles with compressed timelines. - Bridge and control the downstream and horizontal flow of operations, connecting Logistics, Supply Chain, Brand Ops, Product Merchandising, and Sales to eliminate silos and safeguard business continuity and execution. - Lead cross-country product requests across multiple accounts and provinces in two languages, governing execution across HighJump (REMCO) and Adidas Global Internal Ops systems under strict timelines. - Drive operational improvement initiatives (RFID planning, inventory optimization, scanning SOPs, reporting automation) to strengthen compliance, reduce waste, and deliver scalable efficiencies. - Cultivate and strengthen stakeholder relationships by adapting to diverse cultures, tones, and working environments, ensuring collaboration and alignment across global and local teams. - Leverage advanced AI Tools, Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems to deliver real-time reporting, risk mitigation, and visibility that enable informed decision-making across functions and markets.
