Jan. 2017 - Aug. 2018BudapestTaking part in the monthly reporting activity by performing added-value closing and reporting tasks Being the ERP superuser of company (AP, AR, GL, BI, CM, TE modules) Contributing to the success of projects on the Accounting and Finance Department The main tasks are: • requirement specification, • preparing IT specification, • testing and implementation of new solutions, • be in daily contact with support team, • provide soulitons for the occurring system issues, • Data Migration – mapping and testing of data from legacy systems • design of solutions for regulatory variation and operational changes • advising colleagues, • Training material preparation and delivery – using Train the Trainer and end user concepts • Occasionally leading project teams - process improvements, upgrades, regulatory changes • Ad-hoc replacement of colleagues on the Accounting and Finance department. The role needs: • College or university degree in the field of Accounting or Finance • 2-3 years’ experience in the field of accounting/controlling • Fluency in written and spoken English • Strong PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP systems) • Strong presentation skills • Experience in international projects • High level of flexibility, decisiveness and proactivity • Willingness to travel • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, team player attitude
