It’s basically all about driving the performance of your team and keeping them on top of the game. That happens by continuously looking into their area of improvement and creating RCA to analyze what could be done to enhance the overall performance. A lot of excel work is needed in order to track their numbers and to create a complete analysis with their numbers and targets achieved. This requires a lot of dedication and patience throughout the whole process to avoid any demotivation from the team’s side. It’s all about the team spirit and creating more team players within the whole process.
