Lead wellness events for Tier 1 clients.
Request and follow up on renewal terms, prepare or review benefit comparison, monitor escalation cases, and take prompt actions.
Assist in collecting operational data for renewal and meeting decks.
Handle claims escalations, push back on rejected cases, and resubmit justified cases for re-assessment.
Track overdue endorsements and follow up with the endorsement team.
Monitor overdue accounts with the finance team.
Collaborate with placement team and clients for efficient onboarding and renewals.
Ensure all clients are onboarded on Bayzat health application.
Conduct policy trainings for employees on benefits, claims, and application features and also train admin and HR on processing endorsements and employee records.
Improve servicing, relationship building, and deliver a world-class customer experience.
