Rise and SmileRestaurant Operations Manager
Mar. 2025 - Mar. 2026Boise, Idaho, United States• Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. This includes, but not limited to, managing staff, ensuring high service and food standards, achieving sales, traffic, labor, labor reporting, Steritech reviews, Master Clean lists, Labor reporting, food and restaurant safety goals, and more.
• Labor Report Reviews, End of Day processing, Opening Procedures, Closing Procedures, Inventory, Period Close, and more. • Main Front of the House (FoH) Manager including writing schedules for Servers, Bussers, and Hosts, managing floor flow during busiest sales days ($12K and up), managing labor, reviewing productivity schedules, reviewing payroll, and more.
• Community Engagement and Staff Morale Lead. Includes, but not limited to, Service incentives, 5 Step focus, 10 Commitment implementation, Holiday guest events (Elf on the Shelf for customers, community connections, B2B marketing efforts, etc.).
• Google, Yelp, and other online review evaluations to determine next step opportunities for ultimate guest experience and customer satisfaction.
• Hiring and staff development activities.
• Secondary Back of the House Manager (BoH) including working all BoH stations (helm, plate, salad, etc.), managing BoH labor, working on prep, opening (and sometimes closing) dish, opening and closing BoH and FoH , and achieving highest food and restaurant safety goals.
