- In September 2019, I conducted a feasibility study on behalf of Arthur Le Fleur. My aim was to help Arthur realize his dream of owning & operating his own business while also embracing the challenge of establishing a startup. **2020**
- The plans forSTARS ON EARTH began to take shape in early 2020, but then COVID-19 pandemic struck.
- Melbourne, endured one of the hardest & longest lockdowns globally, which forced us to put our plans on hold.
- However For 37 consecutive weeks straight, during lockdowns, we worked on Zoom providing entertainment to people online.
- In the background, I continued to devote many hours to setting up STARS ON EARTH (SOE) and ON EARTH ENTERTAINMENT (OEE). **2021**
- On January 11, 2021, Stars On Earth - Knox City had its first trading day.
- Thanks to our experiences in 2020, we had contingency plans in place in case of future lockdowns. **PERFECTING THE MODEL**
- Our long-term vision was to expand this business model across Australia, but our primary focus was on perfecting the model at Knox City.
- Our plan involved scaling the business nationally, with Arthur teaching program directors at other locations **ACHIEVEMENTS**
- We successfully built a highly profitable business model during one of the most unstable periods in human history, in the most locked down city in the world. - We kept our 8 staff members & our stars positive, motivated and entertained.
- Establishing SOE involved meticulous structuring, planning, budgeting and forecasting. Every decision was carefully calculated **MISSION SUCCESSFUL**
- My mission was to help Arthur achieve his dream of establishing a thriving startup & we succeeded! **DAS FUTURE**
- In June 2022, SOE transformed into what we now know as COLOURZ, adopting a fresh identity. Arthur's business became financially stable & self-sufficient, equipped with robust systems & operations to secure his future.
- It was a rewarding experience for me to be part of this project.

As a kid I travelled the world and would sit in and overhear my Father as he had meetings with some of the most successful business people from all over the world. I sat and observed and took it all in as our parents started their business from nothing which is now the biggest musical instrument wholesale disributor in the southern hemisphere. I am so blessed to have seen and been a part of so much. When I left HIGH SCHOOL I knew life was about to begin. I started at the bottom of AMS and worked my way through every area of the business, managing and working with over 300 staff. WHen I first started full time in 1998 AMS had 13 full time staff and by the end we were as high as 73. I literally bleed AMS and although I am no longer there, I am so grateful for the years that I was as I learnt all I had to do to now run my own businesses. I learnt and did it all within the walls of AMS and was exposed to 1,000's of businesses not only within Australia but all over the world. From doing the bins, to managing departments, to hiring new employees and creating new roles within the business. From scaling and growing the business to continually improving, growing, learning and creating new and improved ways for AMS to stay at the number 1 position in what we do. I love my family and I am so grateful for my Father, my bro, my uncle and our our respective partners for supporting us as we worked crazy hours, to the amazing staff and crew who without them, AMS would not be where it is today. We are one big happy family at AMS and it is testament to my family and the crew who are maintaining AMS and continually ensuring it retains it's position and it's legacy.
