Apr. 2014 - Apr. 2023Mishawaka, IndianaAs Director of Aftermarket Business Development, my primary goal, deliver logistics solutions (technical or repair parts) to our military and commercial customers in a timely and accurate manner. Innovative approaches, along with functional and technical expertise are key to this position. In addition to leading a “highly” skilled team of logistics experts, other areas of responsibility include: • Develop business plan for new program acquisition targets and retention of existing business in assigned region(s). • Support promotion activities of new and future products including presentations to customers.
• Manage regional customer relationships. Negotiate pricing for new projects. Support the development and implementation of global long-term agreements, develop, and implement regional long-term agreements, as applicable. • Achieve organizational Business Plan objectives for assigned region. Identify market trends, competition, market opportunities, and ensure these are addressed within the organization.
• Supervision and management of assigned projects with the goal of executing within the prescribed time and budget and the management of customer expectations.
