Worked to ensure that all teachers and students had access to appropriate educational technology resources and that all school administrators and business officers have access to efficient and modern information systems. Systems Administration:
- Install, maintain and upgrade the school's computer networking infrastructure including internet access and networking infrastructure, internet filters, network security and backup, wireless networking, email and collaboration suite, file servers, Student Information and Learning Management system databases, printers/scanners/copiers, laptops/iPads/desktop computers, and interactive whiteboard technology.
-Train, supervise and support IT staff to ensure all school systems are operational and efficient.
- Research and procure competing bids, contract, coordinate, and supervise hardware and software vendors.
- Negotiate leases or contracts for laptops, copiers, internet and VOIP service. Professional Development and Faculty Training:
- Ensure that all Faculty and Staff members are able to use the school's information systems
- Provide technology orientation training for all new faculty and staff Technology Education
- Develop administrative policies regarding student use of computers and work with Division Heads to enforce student policies
- Teach computer programming and 3D design utilizing 3D printers and Micro-controllers (Arduino and Raspberry Pi)
