In addition, I led a key project to approve a premium product in the cranes of the main ports of the province of Santa Fe, including the development of a technical plan, the organization of training with experts, and the analysis of companies to identify decision-makers. I also served as a mentor for new hires, training them on products, work tools, and negotiation techniques, sharing my experience and best practices to ensure they quickly adapted to the team. In my daily work, I used my communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, adapting my style to their needs and using various channels such as email, telephone, video calls, and technical visits. I made effective presentations with PowerPoint to communicate commercial proposals, technical information, and news, with a clear and concise approach to ensure understanding of the message. I also applied my problem-solving skills to handle difficult clients, meet tight deadlines, and find creative solutions to challenges that arose at work.
