Define assortment sales targets, merchandising space requirements, and individual SKU selections based on detailed sales analysis. Dictate category merchandising priorities throughout the retail marketing calendar. Identify product promotional opportunities based on forecast goals, real-time sales trends, and consumer shopping patterns. OPERATIONS :
Manage team who crafts all field communications relative to product launches keeping the 200+ store field personnel efficiently informed of all relevant product details from supply chain logistics data to consumer facing collection romance language to support in-store sales efforts. Oversee team responsible for all product material masters and distribution tables (SAP). MARKETING :
Manage creation of comprehensive sales and merchandising toolbox including presentations, sell sheets and catalogs for both B2B account management requirements as well as consumer facing sales initiatives. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT :
US liaison to global marketing team and resident expert on US consumer, retail landscape and competitive set. Primary participant in global product development team providing data driven and in-depth feedback on US viability of future items/collections.
