• Exercising sound understanding of the employment law and advising senior management, ensuring all HR procedures are properly executed and not violating of statutory requirements • Manage sick leaves and hospital leaves
• Ensure that all salaries are correctly processed and promptly paid every month, including taxations and filing IR8A during tax season Key achievements: With one of the additional job assigned to me as a Community Manager, I gather all feedback from our customers and discuss it with the team during our meeting. During some meetings, we found that there were few requests that were in high demand. Therefore, we decided to work on those feedbacks and see if we were able to implement it into our product. As a result, some of those highly requested feedbacks were implemented and both our customers and their doctors love it so much that they started recommending our product to their friends and patients. Reason for leaving: Restructuring and role was made redundant.
